a lot of people say the workers there are rude and act like they're too cool for school. I actually really like the place and have never felt like that. The place I DO feel like that is Sweet Pea Bakery; the employees are nice but every time I go in, everyone is tattooed and pierced on every square inch of skin, and I walk in and it's like the needle scratches off the record and everyone looks at me at once as if to go "Pfff, whose lame square uncle are you?"

after only-half-joking about it for years, I'm starting a campaign with some friends. We're all new to it, and are playing 4th edition. I have the players' handbook but was wondering if any of you seasoned RPG dorks had any advice



here's a thing: can dwarves be wizards? The handbook says some race/class combos aren't often done, but never really details why

Hey board, have some spam. Here are the unmastered recordings of our first two songs. I played the left-channel guitar and bass for them both (we've since found a bass player.) Our other guitarist wrote and sang them. We have a few songs that I wrote (and that I sing) now, but haven't recorded them yet. When we actually play we'll be doing the Dillinger Four/Propagandhi/whoever else thing where whoever wrote the song sings it. (my songs are a little more straightfoward and poppy than these two.)

We're looking for shows this summer, probably mostly around the PDX area so that probably doesn't affect you.

Oh yeah, and we're called "End Notes", two words. "myspace.com/endnotes" was taken by some dude who just used that phrase for his personal profile.
